Chapter 43 — Trust

"I still can't believe that things are happening in such a way. Just how did you manage to con my father, he isn't that easy to trick" Elsa pouted in annoyance as she handeled the wheels.

"You are stubborn and naive. I still can't believe you strongly hold to those lies Laura fed to you at the party that night" Oscar who sat at the passenger seat, shook his head helplessly.

"My cousin won't lie to me. Not to mention that I did a background check on you and all her claims were the truth" Elsa refuted.

"Oh wow. Does that mean you were once interested in me?" Oscar grinned.

"In your dreams!"

After saying that, Elsa resorted to keep mute.

And so, the rest of the journey was spent in silence.

"Huh? Aren't we taking the path that leads to Blossom Valley?" Oscar blurted out in shock.

Blossom Valley was a luxury neighbourhood located in West View. All of their residents were from affluent backgrounds.
