Adam looked sad but understanding. He knew that this journey was just beginning.

"It's okay," he said with a nod. "Lilith can stay here with you and continue her training. Aria and my mom will have to go back to the mortal world."

Lilith shivered, not wanting to be left behind in this strange and magical place. She turned to Adam, pleading with him to stay.

"Please," she said, her voice trembling. "Don't leave me here alone. I'm not sure I can handle it by myself."

Adam smiled at her kindly, understanding her fears.

"Don't worry," he said, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "I won't be gone for long. I just need to go back to the mortal world to take care of some things. I'll be back in a few hours."
