Zane stopped his car before a bubbling bar. It was ten minutes past midnight and as expected, the place was bubbling with those who made a living from it and others who were just jobless, in search of the temporary enjoyment the place had to offer even though they'd be milked dry of their hard earned money.

"Even a vile person like me finds it repulsing to be here." Zane huffed in exhaustion, alighting from the car.

He slipped his keys into his pocket and walked into the club. It was his fifth day stalking the scoundrel called Kelvin.

Zane thought he was just as annoying as his name sounded.

"Bourbon please." Zane called out to the bartender whilst getting comfortable on one of the chairs stationed round the bar.

The bartender got to work immediately and delivered the requested drink seconds later.

Zane took it to his lips and drank from it, his eyes roaming the entire room in search of Kelvin.

"Looking for me?" He heard and swiftly turned around.
