Sanctions?
Sivanthe and the rest of the team waited impatiently. The blue portal was still active, so Lukas and Gures should have exited the dungeon. It had been over 40 minutes since Sivanthe and Eipi exited the dungeon, so Gures and Lukas should have followed suit.

“Did something go wrong inside the cave?” Eipi asked, voicing out his concern.

“Maybe the boss monster didn’t actually die?” Vanessa said, worry evident on her face.

“That’s wrong. It can’t be the case. If the boss didn’t die then the portal would not have opened. There has to be another reason for the delay.” Sivanthe interjected, dismissing their ideas.

“Then what could be the cause for their delay?” Eipi asked again. At a glance one could easily tell that Eipi was incredibly worried about Lukas, which was strange considering the fact that they hadn’t even been together for up to a week.

“I have no idea. We just have to wait.” Sivanthe said, trying to ease the worry in their hearts.

They turned their gaze towards the portal,
