Darius, however, arrived too late. He only caught a glimpse of her red hair as it vanished into an expensive Chevrolet Corvette V8. The sleek vehicle swung out of the parking space and sped away.

Darius let out a sigh. He decided to keep the bracelet with him till he was able to give it to her.

He checked his phone's time and noticed that he just had a few minutes before his lectures began. He then turned and walked quickly towards his lecture hall.

Darius was finally able to make it to class after a few minutes of walking briskly. Luckily, the lecturer wasn’t in the class yet which meant that he wasn’t late. Darius took his seat and waited for the lecturer to arrive. Just a minute later, the lecturer arrived and the lecture started.
