'The first thing I will teach you is how to absorb Mana.' Clayford found and sat on a small boulder which was almost flat while listening to the voice in his head. 'In the world where I sent you, there is only one way or path of absorbing and storing Mana. But in actuality there are three paths. The way which your world uses is called the core path. In this path, first you will have to form a Mana core, which in your world is considered impossible as they think that Mana cores are with us from birth, but we have enough knowledge to know that that’s not the case. 'Anyways, that was an explanation on the concept of relationship between consciousness and Mana. Now let's get to the part where you learn how to meditate properly. If you want to get insight into your consciousness the fastest way possible, then listen carefully to the phrase that I am going to tell `CONSCIENTIAM MEAM VIVEAM` In your language it simply translates to `let me see my consciousness`. Keep saying this when you are meditating. It will take you around a week to a month of meditation, depending on how strong your consciousness is. And, remember say the mantra that I gave to you, not it's translation, otherwise it will take you years to get even a slight insight of your consciousness. For the past 6 six months Clay trained like a maniac. He did training for both, the path of consciousness and the path of body. At first he was reluctant because he thought he was being too greedy and that it would probably bring harm to his body but when he remembered that Gaines didn’t tell anything about choosing multiple paths would harm him, so he ignored the warnings of not choosing both the paths and started his path of body training. Gainis hadn’t explained the path of body properly but Clay used his knowledge to understand what Gainis had probably missed out in the explanation. He made out the explanation to be that, you will have work your body to the max, you shouldn’t just be focused on muscle strength but also on the strength of your bones, skin, organs, immunity and whatever that is considered as a part of your body.
