Robert's POV

"Roberts?! Psst! Robert!"

The sound disturbed my deep sleep. Then, finally, I had to open my eyes to see who had been chirping my name.

I shifted my body to the left and found that Monti had an angry face.

"What? Why did you wake me up?" I asked, annoyed.

"I don't want you to die of starvation, you should thank me and not be angry like a woman on her period! Hurry up, get up, it's time for dinner," said Monti while holding the end of the stairs on my bed, he seemed to want to go up and force me down.

I immediately said hastily, "Yeah, okay, I can do it myself. Just wait there! You don't have to come up here, Monti."

Slowly my hand reached for the side of the bed. For some reason, this body felt very easy to move, but now it felt like solid roots planted.
