039. Inside The Tulip Bouquet

At dinner time, a maid came into Jasmine's room. "Good night, Miss Jasmine," said the maid, greeting Jasmine, but she only received a glance from the lady.

She put down a tray containing Jasmine's food and a bouquet of tulips. She took Jasmine's lunch tray and saw that there was still a lot of food left. It seemed that Jasmine had only eaten a small portion of the food.

"Miss, Mr. Max sent a bouquet of flowers for you. He hopes you like it," said the maid.

"Tell him that I don't like it at all," Jasmine replied.

The maid just smiled at Jasmine's answer. Of course, she would not dare convey this to Max.

"All right, Miss." The maid walked out of Jasmine's room.

Jasmine took a deep breath. She couldn't stand being stuck in the room without anyone wanting to help her. In that sad moment, Jasmine thought of Leon.

"Does Leon not want to take me away from here?" muttered Jasmine.
