"Please, Mom, give Elena a chance. I love her so much." Leon got up from his seat and was about to chase his mother, but William stopped him.

“Leon, leave your mother alone.”

“But?”

“Don't worry, I'm sure she will change her mind. You and Elena just need to convince her," said William as he gave his son a reassuring smile.

Leon sighed. “Then, what about you, Dad? Don't you also agree if I marry Elena?" Leon asked in a pessimistic tone.

William snorted. “I never forbade you from marrying her. I'm sure you're mature enough to decide your own life. You must be ready for all the risks, right?"

Leon nodded in response. "Yeah, I'm ready."

“I'll try talking to your mother later.” William stepped away from there, leaving a lot of food that had been served there.
