The outcasts returned to their normal activities of terrorizing the country and this time they sent international wave's across the globe. They became fearless and much more ruthless than before;killing individuals and recordings videos of the murder and surfing it across the internet,hijacking flights and also joining forces with other terrorist societies. They had become much more powerful and instilled much fear into the society.

Reece couldn't do much as at this point but did his possible best to save a number of people of whose cry he heard as the pressure began to mount up on him. The activities of the outcasts which used to be discreet in the past were now open to everyone and it was getting very ugly overtime. Death-Claw wanted to enjoy his reign of terror before he'd climax it with the Diamond.

Reece's duties at the NIA become much more limited because report cases on incidents of the outcasts and even a common person could write about them because they were
