Alpha Luca had already assembled a small army of only the best of his men led by Beta Ryan. They were dressed in smart black wear and they were already trained to move in the dark without assistance. The rest would hang around till they hear a command from beta Ryan. only beta Ryan and her second would accompany them inside for all of their stops.
They were heading to the Faeries realm first and Hera slept for most of the journey. Lord Valentine sat in the front seat of the SUV and he typed away on his tablet. He was the computer geek of the team and they relied on him for little things such as hacking into a government system or stealing illegal funds. It was something they all benefited from.
"Speaking of the stinky biker cult, I heard a fourth member went missing and they are suspecting you. The last member said every one of their members who disappeared always met you in the restroom?" Lord Valentine asked out of nowhere and Alpha Luca started cackling. They weren't as dumb as he thought they would be. On his last visit to the club, he met the son of a bitch waiting by his car. He was threatening him about the cult dealing with him and the rest they say is history. He's currently chilling off in a roofless cell chained properly. Alpha Luca is yet to do anything to him but the bastard gets punished by the sun each time it is out. The Verlin is his system to prevent him from being immune to the sun has been drained by Beta Ryan.
"They better keep suspecting, if any of them approaches me with an accusation. Then they will find out why I'm called the Ruthless wolf king. Finna shows them what I got up my sleeves. I don't care" Alpha Luca replied and Lord Valentine smiled. He knew his friend was behind it but if the biker cult knew what was perfect for them, they would rather not confront him. They better stick to the last leader and accept whatever happened as fate's doing.
"So Romeo did a messy shit to the faeries two years ago, that's very recent if you ask me. He promised her the Vampire queen if he's able to hit it and guess who's in charge of the diplomacy unit now? The same redhead" Lord Valentine said and everyone sighed. An angry ex was something they can't afford to deal with and getting the faeries to show their support would be harder than they were thinking.
"Stupid Romeo, fuck him for not keeping his dick between his legs. The fucker should remain there and no one should be troubled. Now they have to start apologizing to an angry faerie who probably thought she would be the next vampire queen only to realize she's being played.
"Let Hera and your pretty beta over here handle her while we go in to see Advika. Nobody knows if Romeo has a past with her too. I'm tired of having to deal with angry people who can't resist the power of Romeo's dick. I'm fucking tired." Lord Valentine suggested and Alpha Luca gave him the stink eye. He knows Lord Valentine is interested in Beta Ryan but he wasn't going to allow his stupid friend to distract his beta.
"Valentine, I thought we agreed to keep your eyes away from my dead beta Ryan." Alpha Luca tsked and Lord Valentine raised his hands in mock surrender. Who wouldn't be attracted to beta Ryan, she was smart and strong. She was damn sexy too and she looked like who he would love to try out this love thing with.
__________
"Welcome Lord Valentine Morris and Alpha Luca Castillo, the faerie realm is very surprised by this visit and we hope it's for the best" Adelina bowed slightly and The two supernatural lords returned the bow slightly too.
"We seek to see Advika and we would love you to pass it across to her that it's quite urgent," Alpha Luca said and the faerie looked like she wasn't pleased with the request but she turned around to issue out some commands to her soldiers in their foreign language and they turned to carry out her instruction.
"I never knew these bitches have real wings you know, I thought it was all a fairytale," Hera whispered a little too loudly and they looked in her direction. She knew the faerie had heard her, judging by the large frown on her face she wasn't pleased with it.
"For someone who has lived for almost a thousand years, you're still dumb sadly. I wonder if you think Vampires can't walk in the sun too or if the witches fly with brooms" Alpha Luca replied loudly and She groaned. Alpha Luca's response earned a chuckle from the faerie and a soft smile from beta Ryan which made Hera sulk.
They got to the large double doors and the faerie whispered some commands in her local tongue making the faeries sitting up by the door push it open and they walked in together.
"Luna de Castillo, we meet again," Advika said before taking a sip of her champagne while maintaining eye contact with them. Hera sighed before walking past the rest and she plopped down on the rug in front of Advika. The rest of the group knew they probably had a past together since Hera is always traveling different realms and getting into trouble. Al[ha Luca stepped forward before pulling his sister up from her sitting position, they had far more important issues to deal with than Advika and Hera's drama.
"We need your help, Ad. Romeo Martakis has been kidnapped and we need to find him before he is transferred into the ancestral state. We need your help and we are proposing a meeting of the supernatural leads in the vampire realm and we hope you will be present and help us find our missing brother." Lord Valentine went straight to the point. No sooner had he completed his speech, than a champagne flute flew past him to crash on the wall.
"You lost the right to call me Ad, you damn stupid hybrid. You better get the hell out of my realm before I turn you into a plaything for the faeries. I don't care if Romeo is dead like the news or he is kidnapped, I ain't wasting a single army to save his ass. I'd rather play hide and seek with my faeries or race the clouds with them." Advika retorted and Alpha Luca could see the way Lord Valentine was trying very hard not to lose his temper. Hera wasn't the only one who got involved with the faerie, now his best friend has gotten involved with her too. Just great.
"Advika, I know you might not be in a great place with Romeo or Valentine now, trust me I know how hard it is being close to them. Romeo might be killed and the last thing we want is a usurped realm by turns who have no idea how a realm should be run. This could even cause an imbalance within the supernatural realms and that would mean ruining what our ancestors have managed to keep in place for many centuries" Alpha Luca added softly and he saw the way Advika looked like she was weighing the options in her head.
"Alright fix the date and time and let me know. I will be there. Y'all can leave my land now." She retorted and they turned around to leave. Advika sat in her set rolling her ring in her hand and Beta Ryan's hands went to the gun under her jacket automatically. She hated these stupid creatures with wings as much as she hated the setup blood benders too. She knew they weren't to be trusted. Her wing is magical and even a blind man can tell, she might be planning to do something stupid.
"Not so fast, Luna De Castillo. We have a lot to settle." She added with a smirk before Hera turned back to sit with her. Alpha Luca's mind linked her to let him know if anything goes wrong and he would turn back to get her. She reassured him that it wasn't that much of a big deal and she would meet them at home. The rest continued their journey to the car.
"So you and the faerie queen yeah?" Alpha Luca asked, wiggling his brows and Lord Valentine sighed in defeat. He should have known to leave the talk to Alpha Luca. Now the secret he was protecting would be out very soon. Alpha Luca won't stop until he spills everything about him and Advika.
"A one-night stand on earth and she took it too personally. The girl is a dreamer and she probably thought since I looked gentle, I was looking for a long-term thingy. I don't blame her though, she's not even up to a century old." Lord Valentine tsked and they both laughed. Beta Ryan wondered what was funny about the whole situation, too bad Hera wasn't here to help her voice her concerns.
Alpha Luca would have that a week after, the news around Lord Romeo's disappearance would die down, but it had only gotten bigger. It annoyed him every day, and he was tempted to travel to Earth, just to find the reporters who are spreading this. He wanted to punish them so badly, but he had enough on his plates already, worrying about Lord Romeo. He even had to go through a possible list of people Lord Romeo had wronged in the past, but half of them were dead and he considered them weaklings. He didn't think they would even dare come after Romeo. Ryan was watching from across the table and you could tell from the look on her face that she was not pleased with what was troubling him. Alpha Luca had invited her to dine with him that afternoon, but he hadn't even said a single word to her. She couldn't eat either because she didn't have the appetite, and his food was also untouched. Tired of it, she decided to speak up. "You know, maybe he just ran away?" She told him with a shrug. "Yo
As soon as the zombie jumped toward Alpha Luca who was much closer to her, he immediately aimed for his shotgun which was in his right pocket. He had taken that with him in case he was to meet anything that needed to be defeated. He was right after all. The shotgun makes things easier for him, rather than his gun. He knew that if he had taken his knife instead, he'd first have to maybe struggle with whatever and whoever he was fighting with before he defeated it. Immediately, he aimed the shotgun at the zombie's head and fired about four bullets consisting of small metal balls from the cartridge consecutively at its head. The zombie's head shattered into pieces immediately, flaunting across the environment, and the rest of her body went down to the floor. Seeing that he had defeated the zombie, he returns his shotgun to his pocket, where he had taken it from earlier. "That was a close call," Lord Valentine said as he watched Aloha Luca defeat the zombie. "But how did she turn into
"What is going on here? where am I?" He asked rhetorically, stumbling and trying hard to move against the wind. He kept struggling against the wind but it kept dragging him back into the chamber making him yell out in frustration. He woke up in a strange realm and nothing seemed familiar at all, he was confused and was almost losing his mind. He tried moving into the vacuum again and was pushed back forcefully by the wind yet again and so he stopped trying and sat back down on the floor when he woke up. "What's wrong?" He muttered looking around once again, he saw he was in the middle of a vacuum and yet it felt like he was inside of a cabin with no encasement. There was no door, no window; it was just like being in a vast space. He propped his head with his hands and concluded he was most probably drunk, but then he wasn't hungover. So what was wrong, he thought, pulling his hair in frustration. He pulled himself off the floor and tried walking in another direction with the h
"Are you sure about this?" demanded Alpha Luca while fondling the tip of the TV remote he was holding. His pleading tone was aimed at persuading Romeo to reconsider his decision. Alpha Luca, Lord Valentine, and Romeo were in Luca's mansion seated in his living room. Romeo had already made up his mind but Lord Valentine was hesitant yet he wouldn't want to let his friends down. They were like brothers after all and backing out at that moment would seem like cowering in the face of danger. "You know you've got history with them right?" Alpha Luca pointed out after switching on the TV and Lord Valentine nodded in agreement. Romeo was silent and his bloodshot eyes were fixed on the TV even though he was looking at nothing in particular. Lord Valentine's indecision was justified. He would confidently wander across different realms but a shape-shifting realm is a place he wouldn't want to toy with especially after his last gruesome encounter. A century ago, Lord Valentine embar
"Who the hell are you?" He asked, grabbing the shapeshifter by his collar. "I'm Romeo." The shapeshifter replied as if stating the obvious. "You aren't Romeo so shut the fuck up." Alpha Luca said, pulling him out of the driver's seat. "I'm Romeo wolfie, don't you recognize me," The shapeshifter said, still pretending, which further infuriated Luca into punching his head against the dashboard of the car. "Who the hell are you?" He screamed at the imposter. "I'm Romeo." The shale shifter kept insisting. "You aren't Romeo." Alpha Luca started and got a laugh in return. "You're wiser than they say you are a big bad wolf." The shapeshifter commended realizing his cover had been blown off by the Alpha. "What the hell are you doing here?" Alpha Luca asked, pissed at the fact that he was almost fooled. "Pretending to be Romeo I presume." The shapeshifter teased wiping off the blood on his head which has now spilled over the dashboard of the car. "What the hell." Alpha Luca growled,
Ryan stormed out of the cell and headed for the main quarters where Alpha Luca's study is located. Nothing pissed her as much as how Alpha Luca reacted to the situation at hand. She was used to Romeo being how he is, but she didn't expect Alpha Luca to vent his anger on her that way. "What did I expect though?" She muttered to herself and chuckled. "Not like I am anything special to him, so why would he care about how I felt?"She sighed and a hiss came out of her mouth before she could even think it through. She had had feelings for Alpha Luca way before anyone could think about it. It's been years and she still does. That was why aside from being his Beta, she was always ready to defend him and to stick to his side in case of anything. Her feelings for him had grown through the years, and it was only hurtful for her when after all those years, the feelings still haven't been reciprocated by him. "All he does is shout at me and order me around." She muttered again and hissed. As she
In a room barely illuminated except for the burning candles around, was a group of seven people: men and women dressed alike. They were all dressed in black gowns with capes and were gathered around a table. The cabin was near a lake and was covered by a thick forest. The niche was as silent as a tomb except for the rustling of the leaves and the sound of the cold breeze romancing the lake.A young man of about twenty-five years of age walked into the room with his face slightly covered by a hat. He was wearing the same black gown as the members of the group. "The witch is here but she wouldn't step in.'' he announced, clearing out his gray hat. The people around the table greeted one another with congratulatory smiles upon the announcement of the witch's arrival."Bring her in." directed the man seating in their middle in an authoritative tone. On both sides were three people each. Both his hands were stretched forth on the table. About forty years of age, he is the leader of the cu
"I need that witch back here at all cost. She couldn't have gone far." growled the cult leader. "Not in her state" he added with a smirk. He knew she must be running out of blood and the herbs were possibly taking effect in her system."Look for her. She hasn't gone far." he confidently stated and moved towards Cassie. The men he had earlier sent to seek the witch nodded in understanding and made their way back to the forest. After the witch ran out of the cabin earlier, she managed to cast an illusion spell that lasted for a few minutes. When the men assigned to recapture her stormed the forest, they saw a space even though she was within their reach, covered by her magic. They assumed she had escaped and they went back to report to their leader. After noticing that the men had turned around, the witch stood up and continued running for her life. She ran for about two minutes and fell to her knees. She was very weak. She crawled to a tree and hid behind it.She held her bleeding l
