Chapter 41

The next morning, Hera barges into Alpha Luca's room without knocking. As she walked in, Alpha Luca growled at the sight of her. He already knew she was the only one who was capable of doing that since she knew his password.

"What is it again this early morning, Hera?" Alpha Luca asked, not looking at her as she walked in. "What do you want from me this morning? I'm quite busy as you can see, and I don't want any form of disturbance."

"And who told you I'm in the mood for wasting my time disturbing you this morning either?" Hera replied as soon as she got to the front of his table. Her hands were folded as she gave him a scornful stare.

Alpha Luca rolled his eyes and dropped the paper in his hand, then raised his head to face his sister. "What is it then, Hera?"

"Stop speaking to me as if all I do is frustrate you. I barely even frustrate you these days, you know?" Hera said.

"I noticed too." Alpha Luca started. "Is there a man keeping you busy now?"
