Unknown to the trio, a guard had been eavesdropping on their conversation. He was a spy, not a shapeshifter, but a werewolf. The fake Eric had managed to bribe him with money to spy on the conversations of the Alpha and his friends. Eric knew he wouldn't be in the palace anymore after he had kidnapped Ryan, so he had to hire someone to get the news for him. The dangerous trio; Lord Valentine, Lord Romeo and Alpha Luca had set to work by now. They had begun to search for Mr P's hideout.
