Part 109

Michel, who was in the kitchen, turned his head when he heard the sound of someone running towards the kitchen. Afterward, a woman with a guilty look on her face stood in front of the door, looking at Michel with a sad gaze.

She walked over and reached for a loaf of bread on the table. "I'm sorry I overslept, Morgan, but you have to go to work." The woman spread some jam on the bread in her hand, then turned her head, "You're not mad, are you?"

Michel quickly shook his head and flashed a smile and said, "No problem, Alliyah, in fact I've already cooked something for you," Michel pointed out followed by Alliyah's eyes looking in disbelief at some of the food that was already on the dining table.

Still in shock, Alliyah walked towards the dining table. Several kinds of food were served there, the aroma of delicious cooking made Alliyah feel tempted to taste it.

"Morgan." Alliyah turned around, staring in disbelief at the man before her. "Did you really cook this for me?"
