Part 74

On the way to the company, Michel again asked Daniel about the progress of the task he had given.

It had been two days since Michel had given Daniel the task, but Daniel had not yet gotten any results.

Daniel, who was holding the steering wheel, could only hold back his embarrassment because this was the first time he felt incompetent, as Michel's confidant.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Michel. I will try to do better in tracking Angelina."

Michel smiled, even though Daniel couldn't see it. "You don't have to push yourself too hard."

Daniel was grateful for Michel's understanding. "Thank you, sir!"

Daniel had mobilized more people to track down Angelina. He was sure, he would find her, sooner or later.

"Have you put anyone to watch her workplace?" Michel asked.

"I have, sir. I even put spies around her apartment and her parents' house, but Angelina hasn't been spotted so far."
