Chapter Forty Eight

Blade was enrage with fury when he learnt that the daughter of President Humphrey was also among the victim. He didn’t believe it. He thought Humphrey was trying to play a card on him after they had agreed and commence operation. Early in the morning, Blade was already on his way to his office. The men he kept on Humphrey too were rumoured to have gone with his daughters.

“Where my men? And where are you daughters that you promised?” Blade screamed at Humphrey in his office.

President Humphrey felt disrespected and was already wary of his threat. Blade was a past criminal who escaped justice and Humphrey would not hesitate to take that on. Blade had done the mistake of coming into the government house to yell at the president.

Humphrey was immersed in his laptop having given the responsibility of ensuring their release from the Vampire custody to Detective Sam who was no assuming the role of police head and the military head just like how Sir Herbert did as a military head also overse
