"And I know you're taking your chance."

"Yes, I am." Skylar didn't deny Eleanor's accusations at all.

"Skylar, you're so..."

"Ssshh...." Skylar gestured for Eleanor to be quiet. "Honey, stop being so grumpy! Give your best smile!" Skylar pulled Eleanor closer to the dining table.

"My wife and I apologize for our few minutes of delay. Eleanor made it hard for me to get her out of the room. I hope you guys understand the feeling." Skylar sat shamelessly pulling a chair for Eleanor, after which Skylar sat next to his wife. "How are you, Rebe? Nice to see you again. I greeted my mother in-laws earlier. Unfortunately, you are unlucky to miss such a fun show."

Cassie glanced at Skylar sarcastically. She must have heard from her mother about Skylar. Skylar didn't expect Cassie's surprised face but he was satisfied to see Cassie's sour face.

"Stop your rambling, Skylar. You need to have some manners no fights at the dinner table." Joshua gave his orders.

"Fine! I will comply." Skylar then too
