War in the morning

Cassie woke up to the sunlight hitting her face. The woman stretched to check her cellphone to make sure Louis contacted her. But he was forced to swallow his feelings of disappointment when there was no notification from the man. Even a message of apology or asking where the woman is staying.

Cassie hit a pillow which had no effect. He just wanted to vent his anger. Everything was not according to his expectations. The dozens of notifications from her husband that she had hoped for disappeared as if Louis really didn't care about her.

Cassie left the room. He heard a commotion in the kitchen. When he took a step, he saw Skylar and Eleanor arguing.

"Get away from my kitchen! Stop what you're doing right now. You're ruining the menu I've made in my head." Eleanor chuckled in annoyance, almost frustrated.

Skylar shook her head emphatically. "You can't just kick me out."
