met Sheena's family

Mr. Chang, Noel, Sheena, her mom and Aiden had lunch together. It was the first lunch with Sheena's pretty full family. Sheena widened her eyes at Noel several times trying to stop the man's impolite stares interrogating Aiden with her eyes.

"Sheena, are you sure this man didn't marry you because he pitied you?" Noel inquired with a suspicious look.

“He did pity me, Noel!” Sheena said with a slight chuckle. "Can't you see he's a little friendlier than usual."

"Don't slander me like that," Aiden hissed.

Sheena chuckled. She leaned his head in Aiden’s shoulder against Aiden shamelessly. Aiden moved slightly. At first Sheena thought that Aiden would take Sheena's head off her shoulder. But it turned out that Aiden was holding Sheena's hand.

"I know you take very good care of her. I can't promise that I will take care of her as well as you or Mr. Chang, I can only promise that I will try to spare a little of my time for her.”
