Chp 73. Monarch Despair

The two continued to work on their respective jobs until Dylan was distracted again when his cell phone rang loudly, an incoming call from a contact named Wilson.

Dylan stopped what he was doing, picked up his cell phone that had been lying on the desk and stepped away from the desk, approaching the glass window behind his chair.

"Hello, Dylan here," Dylan said.

"Hello, there's important information you need to hear," Wilson replied.

Dylan squinted, full of attention and curiosity. Dylan occasionally looked back, glancing at Maya who was still sitting on the sofa while jotting down some notes on a book and tab.

"I heard that Monarch is going to sell some of its shares. They're doing that in hopes of getting other investors," Wilson replied.

"Selling shares? That makes Robert potentially the highest shareholder in Monarch," Dylan interjected.

"That's true. He told the other investors, but no one has come to visit Monarch yet," Wilson said.
