Getting into the black sedan, Diaz continued to drive away from the place. Dylan and Maya continued to wait in the car in the back seat as they talked to each other about the empty house.

"We'll need to do some demolition if we decide to choose that place," Maya said.

"Don't worry. Demolition will be easy if we reach an agreement with the house owner," said Dylan.

"Or do we not need to dismantle it?" Maya asked.

Dylan squinted, turning his head to the side with both eyes continuing to stare at Maya who was currently sitting beside him, "That's impossible. The house has probably been abandoned by the owner for quite some time. The walls and roof are prone to collapse and potentially dangerous."

"But we can renovate it, it's much more cost-effective than building from scratch," Maya said.
