Kai seemed to have fixated his emotions to be stagnant in revenge, which fueled his core energy to menacing heights.

He summoned more azure dragons to save the humans from the country-sized earthquake. Kai landed smoothly to the earth, and was immediately faced by the mutant dead.

Shocking the Chosen Daemon, the beings struck swift energy blasts which he dodged fairly easily.

The beings held him tight and oozed acid goo on him, melting his body in painful order. Kai shrieked in pain, generating a massage shockwave that blew up the surrounding mutants to bones.

Kai took to the skies, riding on an azure dragon as he launched a flame cyclone unto the freakish opposition. Kai concentrated, focusing his spirit to his core energy to heal himself from the damage.

Unfortunately, the mutants did not wish for him to recover. In sickening unison, they converged energies, sending a behemoth acid wave towards Kai to turn him into a molten liquid. The latter's eyes flashed as he saw death knocking

    LET'S TALK ABOUT IT

Hello, loves💙I really wanted to make this extended author's note to address a few things. Maybe it's due to my impatience, but I'm 75 chapters in and yet not a single review, chapter comment or support from the algorithm. I honestly do not know if I have readers who enjoy this story, but I guess it can't be helped since Meganovel is carried by its urban stories. If any of you all end up reading this, I'd really appreciate a comment/feedback/honest thoughts on my novel. I’d really appreciate it.That aside, I know I've been giving Owari Kurogane a lot of the story’s plot portion lately, but he still remains a side character. The following chapters will take a shift in pov to Kai Nagano’s side of things.I know I may not be the best at uploads, most likely due to my lazy personality, but I pray y'all stick around. This story is unlike any you've ever read.Well, I guess that's it for now. See ya💙

Owari felt it. His heart, his being, was falling apart. His Core was glitching. Sloth is the ultimate technique of the Devil's Core. With the power to cause an opponent's arsenal to glitch and have its efficiency reduced or completely dulled depending on the prowess of the opponent, the King's intuition of a change in his being was right.Subjecting himself to intense vigorous training, Ihann polished his technique: Sloth to transfer any damage taken or sustained back to the attacker. Further enhancing the technique's worth by merging the call energies of the Chaos King and the Mastermind, the Zenkai: "Misery" grants Ihann the ability to damage any concept and make opponent take the form of said concept as well as to make oppositions take the form of the damage they produce. Misery made the commander practically untouchable and it proved to be the direct counter to the power of the Core of final Judgment."Kurogane," Ihann called out. "You're…""Yeah, yeah.
