"What's wrong?" Irving put down the teacup and asked in a low voice.

"Nothing, excuse me, I need to go to the bathroom." Linda left his seat in a panic and walked out in a hurry.

"What happened to Madam Smiths?"

Zuri and Sophie looked at each other, not daring to speculate further.

Irving didn't say anything. He took the card on the rose and looked at it. He saw a message written in thin, strong and clear font on it: Linda, you are still as beautiful as ever, and nothing has changed.

It was not specified who it was. Looking at the unique handwriting, Irving guessed that Linda should have recognized who wrote it, which was why he had such a big reaction. Could it be him?

Thinking of Linda's bewildered behavior and loss of composure, Irving couldn't help but feel a little sad, as if his heart was being grabbed. If he and Linda were not husband and wife, perhaps it would be better. But he quickly calmed down.
