“I'm in the mood to prepare something today. Would you want anything?” Mr Hockings asked, hoping to get a response from his wife. “Sheila said she's sent a maid to bring the food items and that they are on their way here,” he said but still no response. He looked at her and saw her sitting down with her hands on her jaw. She was so lost in thought. He wondered what had her so invested in. He called her and she still didn't listen and so, he tapped her. She shook, placing her hand on her chest when she saw that it was him.

“Oh God, you scared me. Why did you touch me like that? I would have answered if you had called my name,” she said as he rolled his eyes.

“Of course you would have. I've been calling your name but you didn't answer. I was even telling you that Sheila has sent the monthly food items and it's on the way and I'm pretty sure you also didn't hear me when I told you that I was in the mood to prepare something but you've ruined the mood and hence, I won't do it again,” Mr H
