017: Max's Plan

The young man kept staring at Oliver who couldn't believe that he was slapped. Pinky got up and rushed to her husband, Max Carl, who slapped Oliver. She helped him wipe the water from his body.

While doing this, she said to Oliver

"How dare you act so dumb? Don't you know how much his outfit costs? This outfit can take care of you for a century!"

"I'm sorry"

Oliver managed to say with a remorseful face while still looking at Max Carl angrily.

Max Carl was way older than Oliver and Pinky. He is currently thirty-two years of age. His outfits are usually luxurious which made Miranda love him so much among all her sons-in-laws.

Oliver was still looking at Max as if he would kill him. Being suspicious of this, Max said to him

"Is that how you say sorry, you teenage fool?"

"That's the only way I know how to apologize to people"

Oliver responded to his astonishment. Of course, he expected Oliver to keep quiet and listen to him. He let that one slide and said

"Apologize to me appropriately!
