Drastic action

Memphis walked into the familiar interior of Dean West's office. The Dean stood with his back to Memphis as he looked out the windows of his office.

"Good day sir, I heard you were after me?" Memphis greeted. The Dean turned and smiled at him, montioning him to take a seat.

"Memphis my boy, you are smart. What would you think is the reason for my calling you?" the Dean asked as he observed Memphis.

Memphis knew there were many reasons which the Dean could send for him but the most prominent being the increase in bullying. He knew this was going to be his first real test as a leader.

"Is it about the bullying?" he replied.

"Yes it is. And I want you to do something about it. Even though it might not be stopped completely, you must lower it to the barest minimum," the Dean said with a smile. Memphis nodded and furrowed his brows deep in thought. Slowly, a path of action began to form in his mind.
