(Agustin POV)
I need to find something. I should at least have some clues about what happened back then. The more I think about it, the more it becomes blurry and unrecognizable. The other two aren't even aware of what is going on. Well, I'm not exactly aware of everything too.
Right now, I'm just trusting my instincts. They are screaming at me that something is wrong. Why did I leave the church? Where did I go after leaving the church?
There are lots of questions on my mind. The other two are even worse. They are completely traumatized. Whenever they remember the church they start shaking and pass out soon after.
I'm looking for clues now. Both to solve this weird feeling and to find something to please the boss. I need to complete this mission to get close to him. Ugh... Things I do for her...
I should get things straight. We came into the church. We were looking for
I grasped the basics of water magic last night. Furthermore, I studied the [Liquid Form]. I could only do the basic form for now. The base form is my utmost limit. It puts a huge strain on both my mind and body. I can't manage it for more than a minute. "Haah... I need to sleep more..." I need a better sleep schedule. I study magic for the last few days and because of it, I don't get enough sleep. "I will think about it later. For now, I should wash my face. I need to prepare for school too." Hang in there myself, tomorrow is Friday. After that, I will have the weekend to rest. Ah, I can't wait. After having breakfast and preparing for school I left the house. Mom left just before I did. She's working early hours today. Mom works as a nurse at the hospital. She's working hard to ensure our livelihood. Unlike my useless father... I left home and st
"Today we gathered here to congratulate our member Jason for his courage and success." Rick said with a serious voice. We were gathered at one of the empty classrooms. All of the boys of our circle were gathered here for this occasion. Even Ted joined us today after hearing the news. "Do we really have to do this? It feels embarrassing." Jason said from the corner he was sitting. I can imagine but I'm not going to sympathize with him this time. Because we all know that all of this embarrass him. Why are we doing this? Because that's what we do to our closest friends. "Silence! Embarrassment isn't important right now. What's important is that you are taking a girl to date." (Rick) "...You are just jealous don't you." (Jason) "...yes... Anyway, the time of the date is tomorrow. We shall discuss what to do-" (Rick) "Guys, I don't think this is appropriate. I mean this is
Daxhoull is a port city. It's surrounded by a large forest on the third side. Then there's the sea on the other side. The biggest docks of Utuvis are here. But overall, the city itself is better and prettier than most of the others. The biggest part of the beauty of this city is its closeness to nature. Of course like every other city out there this city also has modern pollution. To expand the living quarters of humans they cut down the trees and destroyed the part of nature. But, Daxhoull always tried to protect nature, and even if they couldn't they tried to fix it. I'm sitting on a hill that oversees almost all of the city. This hill is close to the docks so there is also the relaxing scent of the sea. This hill is one of the secret places me and my group of friends are usually gather. But today I'm here with an... old friend. "Thank you for coming." Carla Liyah. She is a foreigner. She h
After my talk with Carla, I returned home. The sky was darkening, I spent more time with Carla than I planned. It was so enjoyable that I lost track of time. Talking with Carla after a long time felt great. Now we are going on a date on Sunday too. While walking to my house, the door of the next house opened. From the door come out a girl year younger than me. She had a tanned tan and dark hair gathered as a ponytail."Oscar, you're late!""...Huh?"She is Sera Python. Our next-door neighbor's daughter. They moved in about two years ago, I think."I was going to ask for your help with my homework. But you are later than usual today!""How do you know I'm later than usual?""Oh please, auntie talks about you almost every day with my Ma. Anyway, can you help me out?""*sigh* Fine. Just give me twenty minutes and get your things in the meantime. I'll be waiting in my house."<
"Haah... Let's take a break. It's more than I thought.""They didn't show mercy. Who would give this much homework in the first week of school?!""Calm down. You are going to make my head hurt shouting like that."It's already been an hour since we begin doing homework. I both helping hers and doing mine at the same time. It makes my head hurt. We only completed like half of it. So much to do.Sera wore rather thin and revealing clothes. I know that she specifically wore this to tease me. She tried similar things before. There is not much to reveal so it doesn't really have an effect on me. I rather see her as a cute girl trying to crossdress like a boy. But as she grows, it's getting harder to confuse her as a boy."You are incredible you know that? I can't even understand half of what's written here.""You are in the last year of Middle School. You need to be at least be capable of doing this much
(Akane's POV)"I'm going to patrol, nibi!""Ok. Take care of yourself, Akane."I'm going to patrol across the surroundings of the church. I don't know why but I feel like something happened close by. It's already night time humans won't come inside the forest, usually. We have to stay hidden. As much as I want to show the greatness of Lady Kairi to everyone, we are not strong enough to protect Lady Kairi. Oscar and I are stronger than normal humans. He has a small number of spells he can cast right now and I only have my body to fight back.We should find a way to get stronger or maybe relocate somewhere safer. But, we can't really leave the lake behind. It's troublesome.I started to patrol around the church. The state of the church is bad. It's filled with trash and it almost collapsed. It's bad but this keeps humans away. We should add something to keep the lake hidden
Today is Saturday. The big day for Jason. And we, boys, have come to make sure his date is successful. Well, the truth is we are jealous of him. You know basic jealously of high school boys. Yes, we are jealous but we would rather watch him and learn from his success or failures. I never understand why the heck jealous boys would beat up their friends when they got girlfriends. We met with boys at the square. There is only Rick, Matt, Lucas and me. We will observe them from a distance so we moved to a spot where we can't be seen. When we arrived there we found a suspicious-looking group of girls. They are the girls in our class and maybe some friends from other classes. "Lydia? Leah?" "Fue!?" "Hue?!" They didn't notice our relatively small group. When I recognized two of them I call out to them. They let out strange voices with a surprise. That was cute. "Hi, Laurel. How are y
(Jason's POV) The movie was... not for me. I don't like the drama genre. The plot of the movie was too dramatic for me. There was a girl whose brother went missing when she was little. She searched everywhere for him but she found nothing. Years later she found a clue about his whereabouts. She followed the clue and went to another country. She did find her brother. But turns out he didn't even know they were siblings. Confusing, right? After that, there is some twist and turns. Eventually, her brother accepts her and they start living happily. But to reach that point, their father died, the best friend of the brother betrayed him then the sister fought with the brother's lover. "The movie was awesome! The sister went through a lot to achieve her dream!" "Yeah, she struggled a lot but she never gave up. It was... refreshing when the ending was so happy." Hope had a beautiful smile whi
