Reid stepped into the hotel lobby and there Charles and Arison's bodyguards were waiting for him. They lined up in black uniforms and dark glasses, with earphones in their ears.

When Reid arrived in front of them, the guards immediately bowed respectfully and surrounded Reid like a shield.

Reid didn't say anything about this tight security and just continued walking to his car which was parked in front of the hotel. He remembered his car, a black electric car which was his first project to prove his ability to be a CEO. The project was assisted by Amanda Waverly.

There was a sharp pain in Reid's heart when he remembered the woman's name. A woman who is not just a female employee, but also a friend. The only friend Reid has.

Although at the end of Amanda's life, the woman admitted that she had feelings for him. Reid was of course surprised.
