That afternoon at the Arison company, the meeting room was again filled with important people from this company. This time the agenda is a monthly meeting.

Managers from each division were present, as was the new CEO of Arison, namely Reid, who occupied the chair at the very end which was usually always empty due to the absence of its leader.

The meeting was opened by a manager, then continued with routine discussions about the problems being faced by the company and each division. Reid as the new CEO also provided input on what solutions to this problem. And it must be acknowledged by everyone present that the suggestions given by Reid were very right on target. Even people who side with Raynold have to admit the greatness of the solution proposed by Reid, although of course they don't say it directly and only think in their hearts.
