The Twelve Gods and The Child

The deep voice whispered faintly but the sound rang loud in his ears as if someone was screaming. He stood up, and looked everywhere. He tried to check the Dark Druid through the faint light coming from the torch.

The fire flickered and he heard someone crawling… creeping. The sound of footsteps was light and did not sound human.

Fast. Fast footsteps and weary. Creeping and crawling carefully back to where it came from or where it had hidden.

‘Find the traitor!’ The voice screams this time. Angry. ‘Find him. Find him!’

He decided to sleep at the Forest of Zodiacs.

It seems like his own mind will not let him sleep tonight. He walks closer to Lerroy instead. HYe looks like he needs more rest than he does.

“Half-breed, hey.” His deep voice echoed. And Fraco watches as he looks up to him with a tired smile.

“What?”

“I think I’ll keep watch this time.” Was what Fraco said, “And I’m not asking. You sleep. I’ve had enough rest.”

The half-breed agreed. Soon the fire in the torch will bur
