Mason's face turns gloomy as the little color on his face fades, almost turning as brown as brownies. "Ah, I thought we were already over that," he indignantly sucks his teeth, pats his head, and sighs exasperatedly.

He'd waited more than nineteen years to get this golden once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become the Patriarch and now that he finally did, he hasn't even held and enjoyed the position for up to twenty hours and he is already being asked to renounce it.
