Residents screamed as something attacked them. The people who were chanting stopped and one of them asked, “What could that be? Could they have already arrived?”
A man said as he shivered, “It seems,” pointing at a wolf, “look!” The people released shrieks of fear as each ran in different direction. A soldier said, “Stop firing at the man in the building he must be dead from the fire, let’s focus on the wolves." They began shooting the wolves in front of them, but the bullets were of little harm to them. Some of the wolves remained behind preventing being shot by the bullets, while others continued forward. A soldier asked, “What do we do now? The bullets don’t seem to do any damage on it.” Another said, “Even so, we have to keep firing.” Sounds of blasts were heard from behind, then they saw a man in red clothing approaching them. “Finally, the adventurers have arrived.” When the adventurer reached them, he asked, “Are you all ok?”A soldier answered, “Yes, but some of the people were attacked by the wolves, aren’t the other adventurers coming?” The adventurer looked to the ground and said, “They didn’t make it, we were ambushed by monsters and I nearly made it.” Hitting a wolf with a fire blast, “Behind You!” He moved steps backwards, “Watch out, we must form a circle. They are experts when it comes to ambushing their prey.” He used a wind spell to move them backwards but the wolves kept going after them. “Keep firing, to distract them.” The soldiers fired at the monsters while the adventurer attacked them with magic. The dragon told Zeomora, “Then to do this we have to unite to be one and you must let go of your past self.” Zeomora breathed in deeply and said, “I accept the terms.” The dragon began fussing with Zeomora, making him scream in pain as his cells and body parts mutated. When they had completely fused, Zeomora stood on his feet and said, “I feel stronger,” studying his body. In front of him he saw his old self staring at him, he closed his eyes and said, “Let go of your past self.” He removed the sword from the portal, slaying his old self into two and the body turned to dust. He looked at the skies with bitterness, “I shall make them all pay,” smashing the ground with his fists. He came back to reality and immediately he opened his eyes, the fire burnt out shocking the humans outside. The adventurer asked, “What just happened?” He then heard a human crying in horror which was followed by the sound of the crushing of bones. He shouted, “Don’t be distracted, keep ………” But was interrupted by the exploding of the building in which Zeomora was in and a barrel went flying towards the soldiers. It hit three of them rendering one unconscious while injuring two. The adventurer focused his gaze forward trying to identify the cause of the explosion, but all he could see was a dark figure. “What on earth is that?” A wolf jumped on him, throwing him on the ground. It growled at him aggressively as it fought its way to bite his neck, but was pushing it away with his hands. He removed a dagger and pierced it on its side then he quickly kicked it, pushing it away. He then stretched out his hand and plants came out from the ground, trapping it in between. He was breathless when two more appeared from behind and he turned his back quickly before they could attack him. He watched tirelessly as a wolf bit a soldier’s neck and ripped open his stomach. He used a wind spell, pushing one of the wolves behind, then ran towards the other jumping on it. He landed on its back and he stretched out his hand, burning its face. It threw him to the ground and ran away as it howled in pain. He then used, ‘Ice blade’ creating a blade out of ice, he threw it towards the wolf piercing its head and it fell to the ground dead. Another appeared in his opposite direction, jumping on him with its paws forward and scratching him on the face. It then growled loudly, the hairs on its body stood on ends and it grew bigger. It hit the ground with its right paw, causing the ground to shake. He used, ‘Ice blade’ again but this time he shot at it in greater numbers but they were of little effect. A soldier shouted, “Look! The man we burnt never died.” His partner said, “I’ll show him,” cocking his gun and shooting it at him. Zeomora looked at the bullet as it came towards him and held it with his left hand. He then opened his palm, he looked at the bullet curiously, making the soldiers afraid and began running away. Zeomora dropped the bullet to the ground and ran after the two soldiers. He appeared before them, making them stop in their tracks. One of the soldiers saw Zeomora move at great speed, past one of the soldiers and seconds later his body parts fell to pieces. The other soldier tripped on the ground and crawled away as he asked, “Who are you? And what do you want?” Zeomora answered, “I should be asking you that question. What did you want from me?” Tears rolled down the soldier’s checks, “Please, have mercy.”“It’s people like you who have made me turn into what I am,” slashing the air and the soldier’s head fell to the ground. The other adventurer gave out a loud yell, as he pierced the large wolf on the back of its spine and it fell to the ground dead. He jumped down from its back and wiped the blood from his face, then removed a potion which healed him but not completely. He looked around and saw the chaos that was taking place, as the humans and the wolves fought one another. But who was that? The human in black, killing the monsters with no effort. His heartbeat increased as he watched the strange black man approach him. The adventurer’s hand became ablaze at the palm and he asked, “What are you? And what do you want from me?” “What I am isn’t of interest. You are a B-ranking adventurer, right.” “No way, how did you know? I had hidden it, not even the highest level of appraisal could find my ranking.” His heart rate increased as he wondered whether he should run or fight, but he clenched his right hand and said, ‘Never shall I run from a battle. Even if it means my death.” Zeomora steadied his sword, then charged at him.The adventurer said, ‘If he won’t answer me, then I’ll just have to beat him, then he’ll answer all my questions.” He also charged at him and was about to use a spell, but Zeomora disappeared. He quickly looked around, making sure Zeomora wasn’t going to use a surprise attack, but could not find him. He prepared himself in case he appeared anywhere, going in circles, trying to use a sixth sense. An attack came from the front and he quickly reacted by jumping away, but it slightly cut the upper side of his leg causing it to bleed. His breathing became louder and his heart rate increased lowering his hearing. ‘Where did the attack come from?’ He created a fireball and directed it behind him, but Zeomora held the blast distinguishing it. He used ‘Chainer binder’ and chains with sharp endings appeared from the ground and pierced him, holding him to the ground. Zeomora examined his hand and said, “I thought you were a worthy opponent but it seems you weren’t.” Th
His team members went behind him, preparing to attack. The sword Alkaldria laughed and said, “This is your team, a dark and water demi-humans,” looking at the monster and was shocked, “this is the monster which I have been hearing about……….,” Zeomora interrupted him and said, “Cut the story short, why are you here?” The sword Alkaldria said irritated, “You dare come back here after hiding for four months and killing all those innocent souls?” Zeomora said, “I warned them before they attacked me, I told them I didn’t want to fight them?” Becoming even more irritated, “What, you blame all those people you killed out there on themselves, I will surely kill you for what you have done.” Zeomora asked, “That’s so impressive, coming all this way just to kill me. I do believe you came here for something else, am I right?” The mage interrupted and said, “There will be no more explaining for now,” moving forward, “you seem to be too cocky, for a person with low s
Zeomora made Saiberlygh move faster while asking, “The monsters must have arrived?” The man said, “No, these monsters arrive earlier, the rest shall come hours later. Hopefully, they don’t usually attack people inside towns, cities, or villages.” A monster came out from the ground and went in front of them, throwing the carriage to the ground. Some monsters walked on two legs and had weapons on one hand. The monsters headed towards them, Uhpheldra went in front of them and drew out her sword. Zeomora said, “Run will take care of them,” he said, “And what about the medicine,” Zeomora said, “Don’t worry will take care of that,” and they ran away. Uhpheldra ran towards the monster, cutting off its leg and as it fell to the ground, she jumped on the back of its head and slaid it. The clouds cleared off and the sky stopped glowing red. Zeomora said, “We have to do something about the medicine,” Uhpheldra said, “I got it,” she made the whole carriage
The assassin ran towards him lowering his hand down, “What are you doing attacking the soldiers?” Suddenly, more monsters arrived and the soldiers ran away, but the warriors and the adventurers remained behind. The sword Alkaldria held his hands together, he breathed heavily, duplicating himself, then floating in the air. The duplicates sliced the monsters in great speed, splitting their body parts. The mage created a dragon that breathed out fire, setting the monsters a blaze. The mage went on top of the dragon and it flew up in the sky, he jumped out of the dragon, but before he reached the ground, he created a sphere that caused an explosion on the monsters, blowin
It lifted him by the head and was about to kill him, but the other three legendary heroes arrived. The assassin jumped out from the sky ship, shooting it with a bullet on the arm and as the bullet penetrated through the front side, he redirected it and it started piercing it countless times. The bullet finally entered its body and became larger, turning into a spike and parts of it protruded through the outside. Blood spilled on the ground as it let go of Zeomora and fell on one of its knees. The sword Alkaldria started floating and he went in front of it, his sword became ablaze, he threw the sword towards the mon
Uhpheldra said, “If we don’t do something quick, they are going to kill her,” Saiberlygh growled in anger, hitting the door several times with all its might and the door opened. One of the men said, “Impossible, how were you able to open the door. Only a person with metal class can be able to do something like that,” Zeomora said to himself, ‘So, Zeomora has gained metal class.’ He went to Raivhar and saw that few places in her body were burnt. Zeomora reached to one of the humans and asked him, “What were you doing with her?” The man said, “We were killing her, use of dark class is forbidden in this kingdom,” one of the priests looked at her in shock, “But how, why was that spell not effective on her? She was supposed to be dead by now,” Zeomora grinned and said, &ldqu
The mage waved his hands making the dust to settle. The king said, “It’s you again, the shield Alkaldria,” the sword Alkaldria said, “This time, you won’t get away.” The soldiers surrounded them, together with the mages who prepared to attack. Zeomora said, “You can’t kill all these soldiers, just for defying the mage’s orders.” The king laughed and said, “Look who’s speaking, you are in no place of uttering a single word after killing all those soldiers.” The mage said stepping forward, “This time, I’ll make sure you won’t escape,” creating numerous swords that were floating in the air. He told the party members, “We should hold hands in order to unite our mana, in order to create a shield b
Bright flashes of light illuminated the battlefield intermittently, a mesmerizing dance amid the chaos. Amidst the mayhem, some humans, fuelled by sheer adrenaline, discharged their weapons in a frenzied frenzy, their expressions a meld of confusion and grim determination, a harbinger of imminent triumph. At the forefront, a lone elf manipulated the arcane forces at his command, conjuring a shimmering, circular barrier of impenetrable metal with a mere gesture. A pulsating blue gem at its core radiated with an otherworldly light, enveloping the elves in an ethereal shield that deflected the lethal rain of bullets unleashed by the marauding humans. Seizing the initiative, the elf bravely vaulted beyond the protective barrier, his body impervious to harm, a living fortress against the onslaught. With a swift, practised motion, his metallic appendage transformed, striking the ground with an earth-shattering force that sent shockwaves rippling through the ranks of the human burglars. As t
