∆24: Welcome home

Andi sat with his mother in the back seat while Lucy drove. She had offered to take the wheels so he could stay closer with his mother.

She had also received her own share of hugs from Pearl Emerson back at the hospital. The woman thanked her for always being there for her family and for looking out for Andi while she was away.

She stated that she would probably be dead if Lucy had not showed up with good news and Andi would have had to suffer for the rest of his life. They were happy and rich again and they owed it all to her.

Lucy responded by saying she was grateful to have been of any help at all.

As they arrived home, Andi helped his mother into the house while Lucy carried her bags. Again, she had offered to do so. She had refused when Andi asked her to stop at a shopping mall to buy good clothes for herself.
