∆27: When I see you in court

Mrs Simmons awkwardly lowered herself to a sitting position while clearing her throat. She wished she had not even opened her mouth to speak in the first place.

“Aren't you the girl from before?” Harold Simmons pointed at Lucy as he asked. “The grand opening ceremony of Zeus company last night, it was you right?”

“That is right.” Lucy managed a smile. “I would give anything not to be under your roof at this moment or to be with you at all, in fact, I would rather jump off a cliff.”

“Did we offend you, Miss Lieu?” Sharon Simmons asked in a soft and motherly tone.

“Yes.” Lucy plainly responded. “Your daughter has ridiculed me not once but twice! Scratch that, three times! And your entire family, the things you do…” she shook her head. “You are a disgrace to the pyramid of this city and I am ashamed as one of the creators of the golden link society to have you as a member.”

“Forget who you are, lady but you are under my roof and you will speak to me with respect!” Harold barked angrily
