∆37: Hate love

Taylor swallowed hard. Her chest rose and fell abnormally and she wished the ground would just open up already and swallow her up.

Thankfully, Andi interfered. He held his mother's hand and gave her a warm smile. “Mom, please calm down. They are not worth any of your effort.”

Taylor frowned. She was grateful for his interference but it made her angry that he condemned her family. “What do you mean we are not worth it?” She angrily questioned with a deep scowl on her face.

“Did you come here to have a conversation?” Andi's voice was stern as he questioned.

“What?” She confusedly asked.

“I didn't come here to try to iron anything out and have sweet and savory conversations with anyone. If that's what you came here for then you had better forget it. Can we just go in and get this divorce over with?”

She opened her mouth to speak but Andi held his mother's hand and led her into the court room.
