Chapter 105: The Loom of Fate

The sky of Eldoria was tinged in shades of gold and red as the sun dipped below the horizon. Back at the council headquarters, there was a bustle as the heroes prepared for the upcoming and very critical mission. The trials of the relics had exposed their power, but the darkness that sought to destroy Eldoria was far from being destroyed.

It was in this central chamber that Elder Elowen, Ariadne, Seraphina, and Captain Leander met, their countenances resolute. In front of and on the table before them were the relics set: the amulet of the sun, the chalice of the moon, and the orb of ice. Each of these gleamed softly but potently. Their morale had been boosted by their recent successes, but the way ahead, they knew, would be full of danger.

"The artifacts are now in our hands," Elder Elowen spoke, her tone urgent. "Though we still do not know the final objective of the dark figures. We have to discover that ultimate objective and how the relics will help us counter it once and for all.
