“That 5 million dollars you put on his head is not that big, but it’s not too small either to deter the hunters’ interest, especially the lower rank hunters. And believe me, there will be so many deaths soon, if you don’t take down that bounty from his head. Well, it would be different if you increase the reward even higher so that the small fries know how dangerous he is
