"Disgusting?. You didn't say those words when you were sleeping with me. You even said that you were going to get married to me. Have you forgotten all about that?" Lizzy asked me.

I was on the verge of throwing up. Where does this woman get her confidence. Doesn't she know that I was only with her to get back at my wife?!

"Do you really think that you are so great? Do you really think that you can compare to Zara?" I asked Lizzy. I wanted to get back at her for all the words that she had said earlier. And what better way is there than to let her see that she will always be a replacement for Zara?

"What did you say?" Lizzy asked me coldly.

" You are such an idiot Lizzy! Do you think that any man will accept and woman like yourself?! You are cheap and loose! Do you think that I really don't know?! Or do you think that people in your industry do not know that you are a slut who will open your legs to anyone who is available?! I was just using a free woman like yourself to pass time! It was really bold of you to take whatever I said to you seriously! A man like me will never take a fancy to you!" I yelled at Lizzy. Because of her, I have lost my child and I know that once Zara wakes up, she will want to leave me. Why can't I hurt her with my words?

I saw Lizzy's expression change and I felt a lot lot of satisfaction. A cheap slut like her deserves to be told all of this. It's all of her fault that things have come to this point! She's a horrible selfish and self absorbed woman!

"You are the cause of all this Lizzy! I just want you to know that I'll never let you of easily! Just you wait! I'll punish you in ways that you never expected!" I yelled at Lizzy but she scoffed at me.

" What have I caused? What did I cause?! Am I the one who forced you to sleep with me?! You had better think again if you think that you want to get rid of me so easily! What did you say?! You are going to get married to me? You are going to kick Zara away when you finally get the company that her father left to her from her? ?! This is the reason why you still can't surpass her after all these years! It's simply because you can never be as good as her! If I had known, I would have gone to seduce some other man instead because any other man is so much better than you! I would not have wasted my time on you!" Lizzy yelled at me.

" hehe! Let me tell you the truth! There's no way that a man in his right senses will really choose you over Zara Who do you seriously think you are that you want to complete with Zara? In case you don't know your own situation let me spell it out for you then. You are a cheap slut who's slept with your best friend husband. And this best friend did everything within her power to make sure that you life a good life all this years. Who do you think will want you after all of this?" I yelled at Lizzy.

"And do you think that Zara will want you? I'm sure that she's going to get a divorce from you when she wakes up! I think that the both of us are both the same people. We really shouldn't be hurting each other with our words. What do you think?" Lizzy asked me..

I could tell that she hasn't given up at all. She was still trying to sink her claws into me. But I want nothing to do with her from now on.

I don't even want to see her disgusting face.

"Zara is my wife! I'll make sure that she can't leave me no matter what! And as for you, you'll be a forgotten episode in our lives soon!" I said to Lizzy. I have to make sure to do everything that I can to keep Zara by my side. I don't care what I have to do. I don't even care if I have to tie her up by my side.

"Hah! I really have to applaud your shamelessness Griffen! Do you really not know the kind of person your wife is or are you just trying to decieve yourself because you don't want to accept the truth about Zara? I know that she's going to leave you! The both of us know that! The child is no longer there! Besides, after what she did, you are still willing to stay with her. Are you really such a generous man? Do you really love her so much?" Lizzy mocked me.

I know what she was referring to. I felt a sharp pain in my heart whenever I thought of it. What Zara had done is the reason why I didn't feel guilty about cheating on her. It's the reason why I felt that we were both even.

Lizzy knows how I feel about that incident that so she's using it to hurts me. I really have to hand it to this woman. She's really good.

"It's none of your business!" I snapped at Lizzy.

"Of course it's none of my business. I've never really thought of making it my business. I just wanted to tell you the truth because I didn't want you to be fooled for the rest of your life. Anyway, I'm sure that Zara won't be accepting you after she caught the both of us and after the child is gone. When she finally leaves you, know that I'll always be waiting for you . You can always come back to me then" Lizzy said.

She turned on her heels and walked away arrogantly. It seemed that she had only come here to annoy me.

I sighed and buried my face in my palms. I don't have to feel guilty. Although the child was lost, I did nothing to feel guilty for!

Zara is the one who started it! She's the one who hurt me first! And as for the child...if only she had left when I told her to leave, then yid would not have happened! Our child would have been safe and we would have continued with our lives!

Just then, the lights went off in the operating theater and the door was opened.

Zara was wheeled out of the room. I looked at her pale face and I felt a weird feeling in my heart.

If Zara knows what's good for her, she won't even think of leaving me at all!

I stood by Zara's bed side. She has been sleeping for two days now. I don't know when she's going to wake-up.

The doctors had already told me that she was weak because of the blood loss and that she was going to wake up soon but she hasn't woken up for two days.

How much longer do I have to wait?
