Aryadipa,maybe he quoted a writer or singer ,but one thing for sure ,it's said by someone who drink wine .For one who never drink it will say it's bitter ..well whatever,he made analogy of , anything happened in the past can be sweet and it always be kept in mind..it's like hidden treasures which is so precious..what about bad experience.. something that you want to forget..it's a relief that it had happened..not in your present time .

The last lunch with Tim at the cafe left a bit distracted memory of a beautiful relationship.

Both Fin and Tim had such unhappy childhood..a wished to commit suicidal act at teenage..means it's big fight to go through while both were able to carry on their maturity phase .That hard struggle if the past usually leave mark of hard and firm character in personality.
