A Little Payback

Jared's glam party was the talk of the town. Everyone who was anyone had received an invitation and they all arrived in their best outfits, eager to see the new billionaire CEO. The venue was a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city, where Jared had rented out the entire top floor.

As the guests arrived, they were greeted by the stunning decorations that were reminiscent of a Hollywood red-carpet event. The room was decorated with crystal chandeliers, lavish floral arrangements, and expensive champagne was served in crystal flutes by the attentive waiters.

Jared was dressed in a designer suit, and he welcomed each guest with a warm smile and handshake. He was truly grateful for their support and wanted to make sure they enjoyed themselves at the party.

The music was pumping, and people were dancing, chatting, and sipping cocktails. Jared was in his element, making small talk and networking with his guests. He was happy to see everyone having a good time, and he felt proud of what he had accomplished in such a short time.

The party was also attended by top media personnel, and they took the opportunity to interview Jared. Cameras were flashing, and microphones were in his face, as he gave interviews and shared his plans for the future. Jared was thrilled to be in the spotlight, and he answered every question with ease and confidence.

As the night went on, the partygoers became more relaxed, and the atmosphere became more lively. There were even a few impromptu performances from some of the guests, who couldn't resist the festive atmosphere.

Eventually, the party began to wind down, and the guests began to say their goodbyes. Jared was still standing at the door, thanking everyone for coming, and handing out gift bags filled with expensive treats.

As the last of the guests left, Jared leaned against the wall, looking at the empty room with a sense of satisfaction. He couldn't believe how far he had come in such a short amount of time, and he knew that the party was just the beginning.

He knew that the hard work was just starting, but he was ready for it. He felt like he could do anything, and he was determined to make his mark on the world. The party might be over, but Jared's journey was just beginning.

Jared was sitting in his office, scrolling through his phone when the door suddenly opened. He looked up to see Emily's brother, Michael, walking in with a desperate look on his face.

"Hey, what's up?" Jared asked, trying to sound nonchalant.

"Jared, I need your help," Michael said, his voice trembling.

Jared raised his eyebrows in surprise. "My help? What kind of help?"

Michael hesitated for a moment before answering. "Our company is in trouble. We're on the verge of bankruptcy, and we need your network and power to help us get back on our feet."

Jared couldn't help but burst into laughter. "You want my help? The same guy you used to bully and treat like dirt?"

Michael looked down, ashamed of his past behavior. "I know I haven't treated you well in the past, but please, I'm begging you. Our company is all we have."

Jared shook his head. "I'm sorry, Michael. I can't help you. You made your bed, now lie in it."

Michael went down on his knees, pleading with Jared. "Please, Jared, I'm begging you. We'll do anything. Just help us."

Jared looked at Michael, feeling a mix of emotions. He knew how it felt to be in a desperate situation, but he also couldn't forget how he had been treated in the past.

"I'll think about it," Jared finally said, not wanting to give Michael any false hope.

Michael's face lit up with relief. "Thank you, Jared. Thank you so much."

Jared watched as Michael left his office, closing the door behind him. He leaned back in his chair, wondering if he should actually help them. But then he remembered all the times he had been bullied and humiliated by Michael and his family.

"Should I really help them?" Jared muttered to himself, thinking deeply.

Suddenly, he had a thought, and he smiled to himself. "Maybe I should help them, but only if they agree to one condition."

The thought of what he had in mind made him chuckle to himself. It was time for a little payback.

The Winston family had gathered in their living room, and the atmosphere was tense. They all had one thing on their mind: Jared's newfound wealth and success. Emily's parents, along with her brother, were seated on the couch, while Emily stood in front of them with her head down, avoiding their gazes.

"Emily, we need to talk about Jared," her mother said, breaking the silence.

"I don't want to talk about Jared," Emily responded, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Emily, you have to face the reality of the situation," her father chimed in. "Jared is a billionaire now. He can provide for you in a way that we never could."

"But what about everything he did to me?" Emily replied, her voice starting to rise in frustration. "He hurt me so much, He was so broke my friends even mocked me,"

Her brother interjected, "Emily, we know he hurt you, but you have to admit that he's changed. He's not the same guy he was before. And besides, with his connections and resources, we could save our failing business."

Emily's eyes widened in surprise. "What do you mean? Are you saying I should go back to him and beg for his help?"

Her family members nodded in unison, and her mother spoke up, "Yes, you should. You need to be the one to go to him and beg for his forgiveness. If he takes you back, then we can use his network to help our company. It's a win-win situation."

Emily looked at them, her mind racing. She didn't want to go back to Jared, but she also didn't want to let her family down. She let out a deep sigh and said, "Fine, I'll go talk to him."

As she walked out of the living room, her mind was filled with mixed emotions. She didn't know what to expect from Jared or how he would react to her request. But she knew that she had to try, for her family's sake.

Little did she know, Jared was already a step ahead of her, and his plans were not what she was expecting.
