165 - Selfish

Morgan is a bit confused with his partner’s decision. It’s indeed that Frank never tells him what exactly he is going to do. But he expected that they were going to visit that apartment to ask some questions.

“Are you changing your mind now?” asks Morgan.

“I do want to visit both of them, but not at the same time like this. It's stupid if you want to dig into someone's past by asking someone else, while the man himself is also there,” replies Frank.

“His past? Is there the need to go that far?” argues Morgan.

“Of course, we do! We don't have much information about his background, except for a bit of information that he grew up in an orphanage,” says Frank.

“Heh, I really think he should write an autobiography. The story about his life will sell well in the market,” says Morgan.

Officer Frank is chuckling to hear his partner’s silly joke. “Well, I doubt he would deliberately make his own past known to the public! And it’s not like he is going to just tell us simply by asking it to him.
