Jimmy leaves Gambino and rushes to catch up to Victor in half running. He calls for him before he gets into his car. And so, Victor immediately delays his intention to leave.
It’s clear that he is not in a position to let Chappy go. But somehow, he seems to have something in mind, and believes that he can get something from Gambino. That’s why, he deliberately waits for Jimmy and acts like giving him a chance to talk.
By the look of it, they start having an interesting negotiation. Or maybe, it’s just Jimmy who is always so expressive whenever he talks with someone. After all, it’s already his daily routine to convince people and gain their trust.
A few of Andrew’s guests who just walk out of that mansion, are seen hiding their laughter when they see Victor to be still there. There is even one of them who takes the time to tease Victor.
