217 - A Bad Judgement
Weirdly, at the moment, Lt. Schneider looks so annoyed with the fact they have Clark Newell in jail. With that strong alibi, there’s no longer possible for him to accuse that man of being a murderer.

He already had a witness, and all he needed to do was to force that man to be the culprit, and then get the credit for that case. Apparently, he really wanted to catch that man as the killer, even though he might not be the real killer.

Cristian Barrios was just a small insignificant thug. This fat cop cares not about that man’s death, and has no concern to look for the motive and the real killer who did it. But he just loses the chance to solve that case and has to continue with the investigation.

And the thing that makes him even more annoyed is the ones who caught Clark on the street, Officer Frank and Officer Morgan from the patrol unit.

“You are telling me you caught him just because he was naked in public?” asks that fat cop by restraining his rage.
