Chapter 42

The man in the slick, luxurious suit looked at each of the workers. His eyes fell on Julius, who stood tall and undaunted while the atmosphere around him was tense. He felt that he now had so much authority that everyone bowed at his sudden presence. In fact, his chin was held high with a condescending look in his eyes.

The man's brown hair looked like it had just been doused in oil, looking so shaggy that flies would probably fall down if they landed on it. He wore such a strong perfume that Julius was slightly nauseous when he smelled it, which mingled with the smell of mortar. He was no taller than Julius, but his style was absolutely exorbitant.

Seeing the presence of the man, David, and James immediately approached and bowed respectfully. Both smiled broadly, "Nice to meet you, sir." The angry faces they had previously put on immediately faded away. They became friendly and welcomed the handshake of the man who had just arrived.
