Episode 2

Jack was driving them back home. Reece was completely Mute whilst Jack was driving, He seemed to be contemplating on what step to take next. “Stop when you reach the next bus stop” He suddenly said. 

“Is something the issue Boss” Jack asked. “I need to go somewhere alone. Return home right away, I'll be back soon ” Reece replied. Jack sighed and continued driving. He soon stopped when he reached a bus stop. 

Jack alighted from the vehicle and watched as Reece got in and drove away. He took his seat and waited for a bus. Not long after, a bus arrived. 

Reece was driving through the town heading back for the main city. He stared at the rear mirror and noticed a car following him. “Is that Mr Jacob's car” He asked himself and took a closer look at the car. 

He slowed down a bit trying to make the car meet up and overtake him. The car sped up and ran into his trunk instead. Reece jumped in fear trying to get control of his car back, He Finally did and stared back at the car. 

“ it's Mr Jacob's men. What do they want with me” He thought to himself. The car rammed into him once again. “Is he trying to get rid of me. He must be doing so. I must call Mia at one" Reece exclaimed. He fumbles around searching for his cellphone. 

Jacob's men hasn't backed down and were still chasing and ramming into Reece's vehicle. 

Reece finally got hold of his phone and went through it quickly searching for his wife's line, A call suddenly came through. 

It was Jacob calling. “Why is he calling now!?” Reece yelled. He picked the call up. “What in the world is going on sir. Your men are after me, what do they want!?” Reece cried out. 

“Oh my men. You don't have to worry about them, I just sent them to kill you” Jacob replied. Reece's jaw dropped in shock. “What you should be worried about is your Wife and child. Cause once my men are done with you there, they're going to die next” Jacob stated. 

“ Don't you dare touch my family. I would kill you myself if you lay a single hand on them” Reece yelled effortlessly but Jacob already ended the call. “I need to call Jack” Reece said and tried going through his contact. 

His vehicle was rammed into again and his phone fell off his hand. Another vehicle had showed up and it was a truck. The force exerted by the truck was much and Reece was slowly loosing control of the vehicle. 

The truck went full force into Reece's car and the car tumbled, rolling over and over. The car rolled into a huge tree and it instantly went ablaze. The men all stopped and came out of the car and watched as the car burned. 

One of the men reached for his phone and dialed a number. “Hello, there's been an accident and someone's dying. Track This phone and you'll find the scene” he said and threw the phone at the burning car. 

“You called the cops?” another man asked in confusion. “Yes, The Boss asked me to” The man replied. “Then we should leave immediately and head to the final target” The man stated. They all got in the vehicles and left the scene. 

*Back at Reece's Mansion*

Jack had arrived at the mansion and went in to rest a bit. He turned on the TV hours later to see the incident first. “Someone had and accident and burned to death?. That must have been an awful way to pass on” He said not paying much attention to the details. 

He suddenly expressed shock when the reporter mentioned Reece's Name. Jack stared closely at the news and realized it was indeed his boss, Reece. 

Jack dashed out of the room and headed for the mansion. He reached the living room to meet Reece's Wife , Mia watching the tv. “Mam, we need to leave here immediately ” He said breathing heavily. 

Mia stared at him in confusion. “Why do we need to leave. Is something wrong Jack ” She asked. The news was suddenly presented on the tv too. Mia watched closely and yelled in shock when she saw who was involved in the incident. 

“What is going on Jack. Where is Reece!?” She screamed. “We really need to leave right now mam. The sooner we do the better it would be for us” Jack said restlessly. Mia seemed to have lost her cool. She was breathing heavily and trying to put together all that is going on. 

The news seemed to have break her down immensely as he was completely silent. “Mam, we're running out of time ” Jack cried out but still didn't get a response from Mia. A gunshot was suddenly heard outside.  

Mia stared at Jack who was quite spooked too. “Oh no, they're here already !” He exclaimed. “Who Is here. Did I just hear a gunshot ” Mia asked. “Jacob's men. They're probably responsible for what happened to the boss too. You need to leave with Ryan this instant ” Jack stated. 

More gunshots were heard outside the mansion yet again. Mia stood still completely contemplating on what to do next. She turned to her son, “Ryan. Go hide yourself in the room. Do not come out until I come for you. Do You understand ” 

Ryan nodded innocently and left the living room. “What are you doing ma. You still have enough time to make it out of here” Jack asked. “ I'm not going anywhere Jack, I'll not let them ruin everything we've worked so hard for” Mia replied. 

She reached for a gun under the chair and headed out the door. Jack took a deep breath and went with her.
