CHAPTER 72

Leonid helped Amelia out of the yacht, and he had a nice time with his wife. She was beaming with smiles as he led her to the car, and she yawned loudly. He opened the car door for her to step in, which she did. He closed the door and walked over to the other side. It was really dark now, and Leonid needed to take her home as soon as he could.

His phone had been buzzing in his pocket, but he hadn’t been able to check it. He didn’t want anything to disturb his time with Amelia. He sat behind the sterling and drove straight home. Amelia fell asleep on the way home. When he got home, he parked the car and carried her in his arms. She moved into his arms and opened her eyes.

“Are we home now?” She whimpered.

"Yes, we are.” He answered.
