Chapter 89

Dylan staggered into the house. He then loosened his tie, leaving it untied. Tired. Tired of heart and mind.

"What should I do to end Demian's arrogance?" Dylan muttered before plopping his butt down on the sofa. He then pressed the edge of his head, thinking hard to find a way out to complete his revenge. "I can't take it anymore. I've done everything I can, but the ending just keeps failing and failing. I'm fed up!"

A maid came over to the upset Dylan with a glass of water. And when the maids left for the back, Dylan called out to her. He was suddenly curious about something.

"What did Mom and Dad do today? Did they go out?"

"Yes, sir. Mr.Morgan and Mrs.Katty went out after breakfast, but not for long."

"Where did they go?"

"I don't know, sir."

"Go away," Dylan said, waving his hand for the maid to leave. He was asking the wrong person.

(Why am I feeling so uneasy? Mom wouldn't do something without telling me first, right?)

While Dylan was daydreaming, Katty walked up the stairs
