Chapter 31

When he heard the unknown rooster crowing, Alexander immediately woke up from his sleep. He couldn't sleep soundly; he woke up several times.

Alexander was busy thinking about what food they would cook for the people of Licore.

Luca slowly opened his eyes at the sound of the bathroom door opening and found Alexander entering.

Meanwhile, Francis woke up because of Alexander's footsteps. He had become accustomed to sharpening his sense of hearing when on an adventure with his sword teacher and school friends.

"Why is Alex up so early?" Luca turned towards the bedroom window, which was slightly open for air to enter and exit. The sky was still dark, but the rooster was already crowing noisily, and many people were starting their activities.

Their room was on the 3rd floor. That was why the sounds outside the inn could still be heard clearly.

“He was so impatient to help them,” Francis said, picking up the blanket lying on the floor and wrapping himself in the dark brown blanket.
