Restaurant Purchases

Alexander immediately contacted Gob, then he looked at the manager who was frozen stupidly in his place.

“Gob, can I ask you a favor?”

“Yes, Mr Steave?”

“I seem to be interested in the most famous seven-star restaurant in the country. Atlantis Restaurant. Get this restaurant for me, and fire the manager. Appoint a waiter named Antonio to be the new restaurant manager.”

“Yes sir.”

“Mr Steave—”

“Don’t ever interrupt my meal, Mr. Former Manager.” Alexander taunted with a chuckle in his mouth.

The manager immediately knelt right at Alexander’s feet, he sobbed and hoped for forgiveness from Alexander.

“I’m sorry, sir. Give me forgiveness, this is my mistake. I still want to work, sir.”

Alexander took a deep breath, he was not that heartless either. Doing things that will terminate people’s jobs was not at all an evil desire.

“If you want to change positions with that waiter, then work as a waiter here. At least this is to teach you a lesson so that you don’t look at the guests in this restaurant. Do you know that the guest is king? Shouldn’t you respect all the guests who came here? Even guests who come will not do something stupid by embarrassing themselves. They won’t come to an expensive restaurant without having money.” Alexander gave quite a long lecture.

“And one more thing, the clothes and items I wear are original, exclusive edition items that all have my name embossed. I always get all this stuff even before it’s launched. And you’re saying that everything I own is fake? You are crazy!”

Alexander immediately ignored everyone there, entered the VVIP room where he was eating, closed the door tightly, and then exhaled heavily.

“Am I terrible?”

“Yeah, but rich people always do that.” Jennifer answered.

“Report, Mr. Steave. I wanted to tell you that I have found the restaurant you want to buy. We just need your signature to hand over all the documents.”

Alexander nodded then he sat in his proud chair, read the documents carefully, and then signed them.

Gob smiled faintly, the figure of Nicholas he saw now was completely different from the figure of Nicholas before. Nicholas now looked more serious and concerned with business. How many companies, and businesses had he purchased in a short period of time? Gob was truly amazed.

“About Mr Macrus’ son, I have already told Mr Macrus everything, and now he is probably being scolded by his father. So Mr. Steave doesn’t need to worry anymore. I’ll make sure your studies on campus will go smoothly until you graduate, and as for the car, I’ve bought a new one. Mr Steave’s car collection is still a lot, Mr Steave can see it in the garage.”

Alexander nodded his head casually then he stood up from where he was sitting.

“I’ll look into it later, it’s quite an easy matter. Oh yeah, what about the shares from the Macrus family company, have you got them yet, Gob?”

“Not yet, sir. You just have to wait, I will do various things to get shares from the Macrus family.”

“Okay, I take your word for it.”

Alexander rushed upstairs and entered his room. He saw several pictures of a luxury house near where he used to live with his grandmother. Alexander smiled faintly when he saw a house that his grandmother would definitely like. Then he contacted someone on his cell phone.

“Yes, Mr. Steave, how may I help you?”

“I want one of your housing units, I will buy it at a fair price. Make sure you give the house to a grandmother who lives at the end of the road in your district, I will pay you for all that."

“Okay sir. I’ll do anything for you.”

“Thank you very much, sir.”

Alexander closed his cellphone. He smiled again, imagining that his grandmother would be happy with the house.

“Grandma, I will make you happy. Maybe now I can’t meet you, but believe me I will make sure your life won’t be hard from now on. You will sleep well and you will eat well. I will take care of everything you need, right down to your clothes  I will make you the queen of your comfortable home, Grandma.”

“Justin, can we talk for a moment?”

“Yes, Dad?”

Justin, who was about to leave, immediately stopped his steps, then he stood in front of his father. Then a slap landed on his cheek. Justin didn’t expect his father to slap him. It was the first slap Justin ever received from his father.

“Did you just slap me? What’s going on? What did I do wrong, Dad?” Justin asked, not accepting it.

“Don’t you ever know your mistakes? After bullying your friend Alexander until he died, I had to deal with the police and pay a heavy price to free you. And now you’re throwing a tantrum again, Justin.”

“Who am I throwing a tantrum with, Dad?” Justin was still stubborn about not confessing.

“You’ve got the wrong opponent this time, Justin. Because the young man you treated unfairly is the heir to the largest business empire in the world, and now our family company is having a bad impact because of your actions!”

Justin then understood who his father meant, then he shook his head perfectly.

“Do you mean Nicholas Steave, Dad?”

“Yes, who else could it be if not Young Master Steave? Just so you know, he owns the company that has been a donor to our company and wants to have business relations with our family so that our family company can progress. And now because of you … do you know what happened? Young Master Steave has revoked all business cooperation with our family. This is the craziest thing the world has ever seen, and it’s all because of you!”

Justin was silent, he couldn’t say anything else now. Did this mean that the company was on the verge of collapse?

“So what you mean is that our family company won’t get anything? I mean, our family company will go bankrupt?” Justin asked with a frightened expression on his face.

Mr Macrus immediately nodded his head and he looked at his son with a look that was much more annoyed than before.

“Do you feel proud now? If our family company goes bankrupt, what will happen? Everything will be destroyed, you will no longer be able to be proud, or even your dozens of car collections will be in danger of being sold.”

Justin shook his head again, he didn’t want to fall into poverty, he didn’t want to be underestimated by anyone. Because everyone knew that he was the richest Young Master on campus.

“I don’t want to be poor, Dad. I will never. Tell me what I must do to maintain our wealth?”

“Go see Young Master Steave and apologize to him, that is one way for our family to have a chance to rise again.”
