Andrew drove to the location of the mall, exited the car, and entered the empty hallway.

He was greeted by the security guards, and as he approached them, he said,

"I would like to speak with your manager." The cautious security guards stared at him, having previously experienced an incident that almost resulted in the mall's closure. They were determined not to let history repeat itself.

"I'm sorry, but our manager is currently unavailable. You can come back later to get in touch with him," they replied, attempting to protect the manager from falling into another trap.
